Application
- The pump is supplied to pump water from pumping well, native well and river and it can be used for drainage and farmland irrigation.
- The pump with deep suction, high lift head, large flow rate and high efficiency etc. it is more convenient to be used.
- New water pump, the bearings should not add too much lubricating oil; if it is fever it because the small gap between the new machine element, but it will not affect the pump’s quality. It will be better out of the breaking-in period
- After 1000 hours’ working, the bearing should be cleaned and oil should be changed.
- Long-term no use the pump, you should draw water off the pump, coated with anti-oil on the screw and move to the storage room.

Failure and the solution

Water pump not bibulous |
Water diversion, water pump and pipeline leak. Suction height is too high, the direction of rotation is wrong, speed is not enough. Packing loose or badly worn. |
Add water, tight water inlet joint screw, reduce the suction lift, change the direction of rotation, improve speed, compression packing or replace the packing. |
The flow rate is too low |
Bottom valve jam, jams, impeller suction height is too high, packing wear. |
